Swiss Cardiac Imaging is the working group of the Swiss Society of Cardiology, uniting specialists in echocardiography and multimodality cardiac imaging across Switzerland. We bring together experts to promote education, research, and innovation in a rapidly evolving field.
Our mission
Multimodality cardiac imaging, including, echocardiography, CMR, CT and Nuclear has become an essential tool in the routine management of our cardiovascular patients. Our mission is to ensure that patients in Switzerland benefit from the highest standards in multimodality cardiac imaging – through continuous professional education, strong quality standards, scientific advancement, and active representation of our members. We are committed to provide a platform for interdisciplinary collaboration with the Swiss Societies of Radiology and Nuclear Medicine, and to ensuring that cardiac imaging is interpreted on a competency-based foundation.
